We're all in this TOGETHER!

I hear kids start to articulate their fears and it opens the floor to name the elephants in the room.
It opens the floor to be open, vulnerable and to be creative. It opens the floor to breathe deeply and let the tension through your body get out of it. Here's an invitation to be mindful and be inspired by the words of Professor Stephen Hawking:

Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet.
Try to make sense of what you see and
wonder about what makes the universe exist.
Be curious and however difficult life may seem,
there is always something you can do and succeed at.
It' matters that you don't just give up.

What does this mean in your way of leading processes, teams and your private life?

I look forward to reading what it is for you to lead by example in this period of uncertainties.

I also hope you're taking care of your wellbeing at home, and I will join you in the comments section of the article. Trust the process, stay calm and be creative!

Love, A

A message from heart to heart: STAY HOME!

I assume you can sense a lot of fear in the air and on the other hand you also notice how governments just reassure their people "all will be fine" instead of being transparent, clear and effective in their messages.

I'm reaching out for help - can you please use the strength of this network to expand the importance to broadcast a message from the heart "STAY HOME"! My purpose is not to create panic but if the governments are not leading from a grounded and connected way,
it's our responsibility to take care of our organisations, families and tribes asap.

At 10 a.m. on January 23, Wuhan went into lockdown. This was done to stop a deadly virus from spreading further across the nation. It was one day before Chin...

China is now recovering but it's now landing everywhere. You already can notice what's happening in Italy. Physicians, doctors, nurses are over their capacity (200%+) and informing the world to not panic but take the appropriate actions immediately. Just do the best you can to work and stay home.

We need to learn and copy how Taiwan is leading by example. They are located next to China and their cases are low. Why? They learned from the virus SARS in 2002 and since then they are READY from the beginning to DO what's needed to protect their people.

WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER

Let's use this network worldwide to create a peaceful and strong impact to fight this virus together. Together wE can Achieve More. Together we can do it!

Bowing for appreciation to the graphic designer #MathieuPersan. In times of urgency,
it's important to create lightness and be creative. And I love how he succeeds to broadcast this crucial message in a playful and sharp way.

Click here to download the flyer for free and please broadcast this within your communities.

And I want to end this message with the inspiring words of Professor Stephen Hawking:
Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious and however difficult life may seem,
there is always something you can do and succeed at. It' matters that you don't just give up.

“REMEMBER TO LOOK UP AT THE STARS AND
NOT DOWN AT YOUR FEET.
TRY TO MAKE SENSE OF WHAT YOU SEE AND
WONDER ABOUT WHAT MAKES THE UNIVERSE EXIST.
BE CURIOUS.
AND HOWEVER DIFFICULT LIFE MAY SEEM, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO AND SUCCEED AT.IT MATTERS THAT YOU DON’T JUST GIVE UP.”
Professor Stephen Hawking

Trust the process, stay calm and be creative! Love, A.

Purpose on Mother earth

It's a perfect time of the year to reflect on my purpose on mother earth, the taking away of all the work I did during the last years and the direction I choose to embark in 2020.
I see more and more the need people have to reconnect with their mind, spirit, heart and body.
It's about reconnecting to your essence. And it all starts from inside out.

I'm on a mission to help the human population connect and become grounded to themselves.
The reason why is that our mother earth is on a sickbed.
I see myself as a special agent 007 to bring harmony back to our lives.
I'm very humble and honoured to inaugurate the school of the inner energy Ki 気.

From 2020 I will focus to bring more awareness of what you can learn from your own leadership trough a spiritual method! I continue to help to build open, efficient, authentic and beautiful teams in times of permanent technological change. I inspire org. to be more humanistic than ever and to dare to have courageous conversations in the age of machines.

And I also feel very empowered when I see I'm not the only person sharing the same things and in other wording as Abdennour Bidar, Otto Scharmer, Play4peace, W100, Tao Tzu and much more allies and friends.

If you want to go far, go together! #sustainableworld

The importance of A in S.T.E.A.M education and leadership development

A

At Tombo Tribe, we help to build open, efficient, authentic and beautiful teams and Gen Z in times of permanent technological change. "A" stands for Arts and it plays a crucial role as any other letter in S.T.E.A.M education and in leadership development. We inspire organisations to be more humanistic than ever and to dare to have courageous conversations in the age of machines.

From a neuroscientific perspective - a creative act is a result of the interaction between the frontal lobe (where we come up with new ideas), the temporal lobe (where we judge ideas), and a release of dopamine. It means creative thinking helps your brain to establish new pathways and generating innovative unusual ideas.

Contact Tombo Tribe and we help your teams become grounded and connected leaders in the age of machines.
